On behalf of the five nonprofit partners, we would like to thank each participant that came to the VIOLENT SKIES symposium on 15-16 October. A very special thank you to National Defense University for being our gracious hosts.

Naval Historical Foundation Digital Content Developer Matthew Eng wrote up a summary of the symposium on their website. You can view it by clicking HERE.

As stated at the symposium, the non profit organizers are working with Steve Maxner at the Texas Tech Vietnam War Center and Archive to archive presentations and papers given at the symposium. These will eventually be stored for posterity on their site.

For those of you that attended, we appreciate your feedback from the event. We hope to use this symposium a model for future events involving the five non profit foundations that organized VIOLENT SKIES. Again, than you to all who made this a successful symposium.

Sincerely,

Air Force Historical Foundation
Army Historical Foundation
Foundation for Coast Guard History
Marine Corps Heritage Foundation
Naval Historical Foundation
